A BIT ABOUT ME

What if you could get tangible benefits on a physical and emotional level from a yoga practice?   That's what yoga has given me.  Having practiced for several years I decided to become qualified in 2009 to deepen my own understanding and practice.  I had no intention to teach necessarily, at first. However, having practiced yoga for myself and experienced first hand  the benefits  of a regular practice  I felt I had to pass this on.   Being a certified Breath Practitioner and a trustee of Trust our breath  I believe that yoga and the unity of the body and mind via the breath has far reaching results for health improvement, for life long ease of movement and  a resilience to disease and illness.  Yoga is a practice that allows you to connect to 'what is'.
